Weekly Re-scheduling Notice

January 20/21, 2007

Attached you will find the weekly re-scheduling notice for the weekend of January 20/21, 2007. Not all sections have started the weekly re-scheduling process but many have, so please check the notice carefully. All sections of every division are listed in the notice, whether they have been re-scheduled or not. If a section is to play their league games as scheduled for the January 20/21 weekend it is so noted.

Communication is important at this time of the season. Teams need to make sure their opponents and clubs are aware of the re-scheduling and clubs need to make sure their teams know about the scheduling changes. Every year there are games that do not get played because someone did not know about the re-scheduling or found out too late.

Teams must report their scores to their score recorders when they play and must inform their score recorders when they do not play and provide the reason why. The weekly re-scheduling is based upon game results and games that were not played the previous weekend. The weekly notices will be emailed out by the LISA office usually on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Delays in receiving this necessary information will delay the re-scheduling notices. Please make sure you check your emails on a regular basis for scheduling updates and changes.

The attached re-scheduling notice was based upon standings data contained on the LISA web site. If there is no score listed for a game on the web site it is identified as "unplayed" and therefore available for re-scheduling. Please check the web site standings and make sure all the games your team have played are posted.
