Sunday's game started ab0ut 10:30am and really was a hard fought match with Gorge making many fabulous challenges, steals, and plays up the field, but as the poem suggests, the ball would not enter their goal no matter how many outstanding defensive and offensive plays were made.
Some time midway through the match, the Kilarney Little Mountain team popped a goal in.
The game ended in a 1-0 loss for Gorge.
